Our sweater is designed without any hind leg coverage. This keeps your dog's back warm while fully preserving the natural freedom of movement of the hind legs. An elastic waistband at the belly ensures a perfect fit, so the sweater stays in place and sits comfortably even during exercise.
The durable teddy material makes this sweater not only incredibly cozy but also easy to care for. Each dog sweater is lovingly handcrafted in our Berlin factory.

How to find the right size:
The measurements given in our size chart refer to the dog. Please refer to the following measurements:
- Back length : Measure from the base of the neck (without the neck) to the base of the tail.
- Chest circumference : Measure around the deepest part of the chest.
- Neck circumference : Measure in the middle of the neck.
- Sleeve length : length of the inner seam on the front leg.
For accurate measurements, your dog should stand still and upright. Use a tape measure to take the measurements directly on your dog's body, leaving no room for error. Start with the back length, then check that the chest and neck girths fit.
It's important to us to move away from the mentality of placing careless orders that are then returned unnecessarily. Therefore, we ask you to measure carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Together, we can find the right size and thus avoid unnecessary returns—a small step toward protecting the environment.
Size recommendations by weight:
- S : For dachshunds up to approx. 4.5 kg
- M : For dachshunds between 4 and 6 kg
- L : For dachshunds between 6 and 8 kg
- XL : For dachshunds between 8 and 10 kg
- XXL : For dachshunds between 10 and 12 kg
- 3XL : For dachshunds from 12 kg
Our model wears size S with a back length of 35 cm, a chest circumference of 38 cm, and a weight of 4.75 kg. The sleeve length of all dachshund sweaters is approximately 2 cm.

Important NOTE:
Please do not leave your dog unattended while wearing clothing or a harness. It may become tangled or damage the product. As the owner, you are responsible for ensuring proper supervision.
All products are manufactured with the utmost care in our Berlin factory. To avoid unnecessary returns and protect the environment, please don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure about your size – we're happy to advise you! If the sweater doesn't fit, we'll of course exchange it for a different size.
